We own a cabin (Lakeside) and year-round house (Lakeview) on Wool Lake, 3 miles west of Boulder Junction.  The snowmobile trail crosses Wool Lake Lane 1/4 mile down from our property.  We just bought the place in August and rented the seasonal cabin this summer/fall.  The house had been rented month to month, but we are in the process of furnishing it so we can rent it weekly/nightly this winter.  

 

Lakeview has 2 bedrooms.  We have a queen bed for the first bedroom, and 5 twins (some bunked) in the second bedroom.  The second bedroom is long (10 x 18).  We'll be putting a pull-out sofa in the living room.  I am figuring on sleeping 9 guests.  Large loop driveway with lots of parking for trailers and sleds.  Heated basement with outside entrance to dry your jackets, boots and helmets (Sorry, no sleds inside garage please)

 

Our rate for the snowmobile season will be $150/night for 6 guests on a weekend with discounts for midweek and extended stays.  3 night special for $395/ for up to 6 guests.   Additional guests $20/night.

 

Dogs are welcome for $25/visit/dog
